Terri Johnson was a uniquely ’70s skin queen, combining all-American blonde looks with a leering sensuality. She kickstarted the decade with sexy turns in The Snow Bunnies (1970) and Sexcapade in Mexico (1970). But Terri really gets us tearing at our Johnsons with a shameless turn in Midnight Plowboy (1971), where she strips down and spreads her legs while begging for some serious backseat driving. (Yes, it’s rated X, but that’s relative–just like the film’s namesake was rated X, as well.) Terri didn’t slow down, either, with more bawdy roles, leading to the softcore porn epic Flesh Gordon (1974). And don’t miss her in Video Vixens (1975), a sketch-comedy film in the tradition of The Groove Tube (1974) and Tunnel Vision (1976). Terri goes full-frontal in a commercial parody for “Twinkle Twat Vaginal Spray.” After that, though, it was the gay sex comedy William Comes Out (1976), and Terri’s skinteriffic work had come to an end.
